This bathroom remodeling project was completed in 3 months. The project consisted of:
Removal of tile in the shower surround.
Replacement of old galvanized shower pipe with copper.
Removal of vinyl flooring.
Removal and refinishing of bathroom vanity
Installation of new drywall ceiling.
Installation of new light fixture.
Installation of new bathroom plumbing fixtures in sink and shower.
Installation of new cultured marble shower surround.
Installation of new glass shower shield and handles.
Installation of new sheet vinyl flooring.
Installation of new baseboards.
Installation of new towel bars.
Painting.
Get It Done managed this project by taking the client to see and choose the cultured marble, flooring and shower shield. Local, East bay contractors were used. Get It Done performed the painting, vanity refinishing, light fixture installation and sink and shower fixture installation. Total cost of this project was including all labor and materials was $9400.
